Since 2021, the Association through Portalb.mk collaborates with the Macedonian News Agency, Meta.mk in the project: “Credible information for engaged youth“. Since 2020, the Association through Portalb.mk collaborates with the fact-checking site from Albania, Faktoje.al in the project: “The region through facts“.The aim of the project is to provide accurate and verified information about the most important issues affecting the two neighboring countries, as well as to expose misinformation passing from one country to another and beyond in the region.

2017 – 2020, the Association through Portalb.mk collaborates with the Macedonian News Agency, Meta.mk in the project: “Upholding democratic values and change in society through journalism“. The goal of the project was to empower Macedonian citizens in making informed decisions on everyday issues affecting their lives, through watchdog journalism based on data and direct engagement with citizens through modern media channels. The purpose of this approach is to activate and motivate citizenship to engage in decision making, thus instigate demand for institutional accountability.

2016 – 2017, the Association through Portalb.mk participated in the project “The Society Project” in partnership with NOVATV.The aim of the project was to make a bilingual (Albanian and Macedonian) media project for special reporting and investigations, and a database for debates. An integrated newsroom was created between Portalb and Novatv and live debates were produced in Albanian and Macedonian. The local elections 2017 were transmitted live in the studio, with direct stand-ups of journalists from both ethnicities from all over Macedonia.

2015, the Association through Portalb.mk participated in the project “It’s your money!” in partnership with Meta.mk.The aim of the project was to make video research stories on the most burning issues and problems in the largest cities in Macedonia and the way budget money is spent to solve these problems.
